About determination of the tariff privileges on areas for 2025
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for use in 2025 of the tariff privilege for import to the Republic of Belarus of amounts of meat of cattle approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2025 No. 202, and subitem 8.5-1 of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine for 2025 by areas amounts of meat of cattle *, imported into the Republic of Belarus within the tariff privilege provided by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 29, 2024 to No. 107 "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning separate types of meat of cattle" taking into account the analysis of indicators of production of meat products in the territory of the areas and Minsk which are available for legal entities of production capacities and raw material resources according to appendix.

* For the purposes of this resolution meat of cattle is understood as the meat classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union the codes specified in the paragraph the second to part one of subitem 7.1.75 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union".
2. To head department of processing industry till April 11, 2025 to bring this resolution to the attention of regional executive committees and the Minsk city executive committee.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
