Rules of preparation of the project documentation of capital construction project for the purpose of numerous application in case of architectural and construction designing of capital construction projects;

changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 1, 2022 No. 278 "About approval of Rules of decision making about recognition of the project documentation the standard project documentation, recognition of the functional and technological, constructive, technical and other decisions containing in the standard project documentation, prototype project solutions, Rules of use of the standard project documentation, the prototype project solution, about change and recognition voided some acts and separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 10, Art. 1531; 2023, No. 14, Art. 2440).

Rules of preparation of the project documentation of capital construction project for the purpose of numerous application in case of architectural and construction designing of capital construction projects

These rules establish procedure for preparation of the project documentation of capital construction project for the purpose of numerous application in case of architectural and construction designing of capital construction projects (further - the project documentation of numerous application), the list of the documents necessary for its training, and also feature of its structure and content.

2. The list of the documents necessary for preparation of the project documentation of numerous application, join the following documents:

a) the preliminary specifications on preparation of the project documentation of numerous application constituted by federal executive bodies, the organizations subordinated to them providing preparation of the project documentation of numerous application which list is approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 10, 2025 No. 871-r according to part 1.2 of article 48.2 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation, and other organizations provided by the Federal Laws (further respectively - the preliminary specifications, federal executive bodies, the organizations and other organizations subordinated to them);

4. The structure and contents of the project documentation of numerous application are determined by the Regulations on structure of Sections of the project documentation and requirements to their content approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 No. 87 "About structure of Sections of the project documentation and requirements to their content" (further - the Provision), taking into account the features provided by Items 8 - 25 these rules.
