1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of decision making about recognition of the project documentation the standard project documentation, recognition of the functional and technological, constructive, technical and other decisions containing in the standard project documentation, prototype project solutions;

Rules of use of the standard project documentation, prototype project solution;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize invalid the act and separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. Determine that the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation is the federal executive body authorized on decision making about recognition of the project documentation of the capital construction projects which are military facilities of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the standard project documentation, recognition of the functional and technological, constructive, technical and other decisions containing in the standard project documentation of the capital construction projects which are military facilities of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, prototype project solutions.

4. Determine that the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation is the federal executive body authorized on decision making about recognition of the project documentation by the standard project documentation, recognition of the functional and technological, constructive, technical and other decisions containing in the standard project documentation, prototype project solutions (except for the capital construction projects specified in Item 3 of this resolution).

5. Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the established extreme number of employees of central office of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the specified ministries in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

6. To provide to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation till March 1, 2023 implementation of actions on development of the state information system "Unified State Register of Experimental Testimonies of the Project Documentation of Capital Construction Projects" taking into account the changes approved by this resolution.

7. To provide to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation till June 1, 2023 in coordination with the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation to the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure offers on procedure for decision making on recognition of the project documentation of the capital construction projects which are military facilities of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the standard project documentation and cancellations of such decision, decision making about recognition of the functional and technological, constructive, technical and other decisions containing in the specified standard project documentation, prototype project solutions, the term of application of the specified standard project documentation and prototype project solutions and also on establishment of criteria based on which analogousness of designed project of capital construction is established being military facility of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and capital construction project in relation to which the project documentation on which the decision on application of the standard project documentation is made is prepared.
