Declare invalid the order of the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos of September 22, 2022 No. 340 "About approval of Administrative regulations of provision by the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos of the state service in licensing of space activities" (registration No. 70876) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 9, 2022.

3. This order is effective till September 1, 2028.

Applicants on receipt of the state service (further - the applicant) are the legal entities or their authorized representatives who addressed to the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos (further - Corporation) with the statement for provision of the license for implementation of space activities (further - the license), the statement for modification of the register of licenses, the statement for the termination of space activities, the statement for correction of the made typographical errors and (or) mistakes in the register entry, and also legal entities or their authorized representatives, or the physical persons who filed in Corporation petition for provision of data on the specific license (further in case of joint mentioning - the statement).

3. The state service is provided to the applicant according to option of provision of the state service (further - option).

4. The option is determined according to the table 2 of appendix No. 1 to these Administrative regulations. Signs of the applicant are determined as a result of the questioning which is carried out by Corporation (further - profiling) <1>, according to these Administrative regulations.
