About reorganization by merging (accession) of the public educational institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and modification of some orders of the Government

No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and also articles 122 and 139 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Reorganize the public institution of higher education "Academy of Shtefan chel Mare" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (accepting the legal entity) by merging (accession) with "Model Center for Safety of Border" educational institution of the General inspectorate of Boundary police (the joining legal entity).

2. The rights and obligations of "Model Center for Safety of Border" educational institution of the General inspectorate of Boundary police (the joining legal entity) pass in full to public institution of higher education "Academy of Shtefan chel Mare" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (the accepting legal entity).

3. To transfer property of "Model Center for Safety of Border" educational institution of the General inspectorate of Boundary police to public institution of higher education "Academy of Shtefan chel Mare" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs:

4.1. within 30 days from the effective date of this resolution to create the commissions on reorganization and cession of property, the rights and obligations of the joining legal entity;

4.2. provide by means of the commissions on reorganization accession of the relevant organization in the procedure established by the law, and also cession of property, the "Model Center for Safety of Border" educational institution of the General inspectorate of Boundary police which is under authority, to public institution of higher education "Academy of Shtefan chel Mare" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

5. Release of personnel of "Model Center for Safety of Border" educational institution of the General inspectorate of Boundary police in case of impossibility of its translation to perform according to the labor law for the account and within financial resources of the accepting legal entity.

6. Transfer pupils and cadets of "Model Center for Safety of Border" educational institution of the General inspectorate of Boundary police to the accepting legal entity on the same programs of professional training and on the same conditions which were established in case of transfer.

7. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

8. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
