About liquidation of the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Liquidate the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries (further - the Commission).

2. Determine that:

legal successor of property, the rights and obligations of the commission liquidated according to Item 1 of this resolution is the State agency of Pleysiti;

statement term creditors of the requirements to the Commission constitutes two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution;

the term of carrying out liquidation of the Commission constitutes no more than six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. Create the commission on liquidation of the Commission (further - liquidation commission).

Approve as the chairman of liquidation commission of the director of management of development of the IT industry of the Ministry of digital transformation Denikeeva Natalya Ravilovna.

To the chairman of liquidation commission:

approve staff of liquidation commission;

provide implementation of the actions connected with liquidation of the Commission;

inform in six-months time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on results of the carried-out work.

4. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

5. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

6. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2025.
