About establishment of limit of the cars servicing executive bodies
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Set limit of the cars servicing executive bodies according to appendices 1 and 2.
2. The cars which are on balance of executive bodies are also released in connection with establishment in connection therewith the resolution of limit, are subject in the procedure for realization or transfer established by the legislation in accordance with the established procedure on balance to other budgetary institution.
3. To the executive bodies specified in appendices 1 and 2:
prohibit to lease (to hire) cars over the set limit;
give total quantity of the cars which are on their balance or on balance of territorial authorities within two months and leasable (are hired) by them, according to the set limit.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
