Some questions of limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies

 Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the extreme number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies according to appendix 1.

2. Approve the extreme number of employees of the state collegiate organs and other state bodies according to appendix 2.

2-1. Approve the temporary extreme number of workers of the office of separate central executive bodies according to appendix 3.

3. In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 3, 2013 No. 5 "Questions of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 2, the Art. 46, No. 73, Art. 2681; 2014, 21, the Art. 649) figures "730" to replace No. with figures "664".

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 11.10.2016 No. 710

5. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

6. Recommend to the Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights, Audit Chamber, Central Election Commission, Public judicial administration, the Supreme council of justice, National council for television and broadcasting, the National commission on radiation protection of the population to reduce the number of workers by 10 percent.
