1. Determine the inventory (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies (organizations) in need of stabilization of price situation * according to appendix 1.

* Except for goods (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated according to appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus".

2. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

5. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

Items 1-3 – in 30 days after official publication of this resolution;

other provisions – after its official publication.
