RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2023 "About taking measures in the field of pricing" and Item 82 of the Protocol on the general principles and competition rules (appendix No. 19 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 171

1. Approve:

1.1. No. 8 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 11.01.2016

1.2. the list of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom (in coordination with the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade), (is attached);

1.3. the list of paid medical services, rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health (in coordination with the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade) , (is attached);

1.4. the list of services of mail service public, rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade , (is attached);

1.5. the list of socially important goods, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade no more than 90 days within one year , (is attached).

1.6. the inventory (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade (is applied).

1-1. Determine that by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade the term of the state price regulation can be prolonged for the goods included in the list of socially important goods, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade no more than 90 days within one year, in the presence of approval of the Eurasian economic commission.

2. To the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Health, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

2.	Solid fuel, fuel briquettes and firewood for the population (within the regulations established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus).
3.	The services rendered to the population:
3.1.	ritual (the guaranteed services in burial);
3.2.	No. 8 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 11.01.2016
3.3.	it is excluded;
3.4.	the social, provided by public institutions of social servicing systems of bodies for work, employment and social protection.
3.5.	educational and improving, sports camps.
3.6.	baths public (except for categories of the first and the highest) and shower, located in settlements and in the territory out of settlements which list is determined by regional executive committees.
