About taking measures in the field of pricing

For the purpose of streamlining of price regulation (rates) and enhancement of control (supervising) activities in the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. Authorize Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in need of stabilization of price situation on:

approval of inventories (works, services) *, the prices (rates) for which are regulated, and determination of state bodies (organizations) performing this regulation;

determination of procedure for forming and use of the prices (rates), acceptance of other measures in the field of pricing.

* Except for goods (works, services) determined in appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus".

3. Suspend subitem 1.3.1 of Item 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2012 No. 6 "About stimulation of business activity in the territory of averages, small residential locations, the rural zone".

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, to the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom within three months to provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

5. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 3, Items 1-3 (except for paragraphs of the sixteenth or twentieth Item 2) appendices - in three months after official publication of this Decree;

paragraphs the sixteenth or twentieth Item 2 appendices - since January 1, 2024;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus":
