Make to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine changes concerning activities of the ministry of development of communities and the territories which are applied.

Changes about activities of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories which are brought in acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the paragraph the second Provision Item 3 on the departmental militarized protection of the Ukrainian Railroad joint-stock company approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 11, 1994 No. 7, - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 10, 2021 No. 1205 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 92, Art. 5958), to replace the word of Ministry of Infrastructure with the word "Minrazvitiya".

2. In paragraph three of Item 8 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 1994 No. 100 "About condition of accomplishment of decisions of the President of Ukraine and the government concerning observance of requirements of the boundary and customs legislation" - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 502 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, of the Art. 2290), the words "Ministry of Infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of communities and territories".

In Item 6 of Rules of protection of internal sea waters and the territorial sea of Ukraine from pollution and the contaminations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 1996 No. 269 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 241; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 14, Art. 741; 2018, No. 68, the Art. 2314) to replace the word of Ministry of Infrastructure with the word "Minrazvitiya".

In the paragraph the thirteenth Item 15 of Rules of swimming and stay in the territorial sea, internal waters, on raids and in the ports of Ukraine of foreign warships, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 1996 No. 529 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 12, Art. 334; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 55, of the Art. 2194) to replace the word of Ministry of Infrastructure with the word "Minrazvitiya".
