About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)
For the purpose of enhancement of system of state regulation of the prices (rates) and further development of the market relations the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve powers of the central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations concerning regulation (establishment fixed and limits of prices/rates, trade supplying and sales allowances, standard rates of profitability, implementation of obligatory declaring of change) the prices and rates for separate types of products, goods and services according to appendix.
The powers specified in appendix do not extend to rates for information and communication (multiservice) services which are provided with use of resource of National electronic communication network, and rates which are established by performing bodies of village, settlement, city councils according to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine", and also on the rates established for the utility companies which signed the contract on medical attendance of the population with National service of health.
2. Determine what to the Ministry of development of communities and territories creates the estimate regulatory base and determines procedure for its application in construction.
