About modification of some regulatory legal acts concerning road transportation of dangerous goods
According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About transportation of dangerous goods", the Law of Ukraine "About accession of Ukraine to the European agreement on the international road delivery of dangerous goods (DOPOG)", article 52-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic", article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning road transportation of dangerous goods in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Make to the section I of Rules of road transportation of the dangerous goods approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 04, 2018 No. 656, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2018 at No. 1041/32493, the following changes:
in paragraphs one, the second the subitem 2 of Item 9 the word "obligatory" to exclude;
to state paragraph two of the subitem 4 of Item 10 in the following edition:
"Portable fire extinguishers shall be sealed up and the mark of conformity shall be applied to technical regulations on them and text with date (month, year) of expiry date";
in the subitem 3 of Item 11 of the word and figures "described in the European EN 14387:2004+ A1:2008 standard" shall be replaced with words also in figures "described in the national DSTU EN 14387:2017 standard (EN 14387:2004+ A1:2008, IDT) "Individual protection equipment of respiratory organs. Filters antigas and the filters combined. Requirements, testing, marking".
