1. Approve the rates of payments levied in case of issue of the state registration number boards and forms of the strict reporting for registration and re-registration, carrying out obligatory technical inspection of automotor-vehicles, their trail cars (semitrailer trucks), and also in case of acceptance of examinations, according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The rates of payments levied in case of issue of the state registration number boards and forms of the strict reporting for registration and re-registration, carrying out obligatory technical inspection of automotor-vehicles, their trail cars (semitrailer trucks), and also in case of acceptance of examinations

I. Issue of the state registration number boards, issue of new state registration number boards instead of become useless, damaged or spoiled

1. For issue of the state registration number boards (further in the text - GRNZ) to vehicles - in the amount of 3,5 of basic settlement sizes.

2. For issue of GRNZ for motor-vehicles, motor scooters and trail cars (semitrailer trucks)

- in the amount of 1,75 of basic settlement size.

3. For transit GRNZ

- in the amount of 25 percent of basic settlement size.

4. For issue of new GRNZ instead of couple which became useless, damaged or spoiled by GRNZ

- in the amount of 3,5 of basic settlement size.

5. For issue of new GRNZ instead of GRNZ which one became useless, damaged or spoiled

- in the amount of 1,75 of basic settlement size.

Notes:

for issue of new one couple of GRNZ instead of the lost one or one couple of GRNZ the 5-fold size of basic settlement size is levied 3,;

for issue of one new GRNZ instead of the lost one GRNZ (for motor-vehicles, motor scooters and trail cars (semitrailer trucks)) the 75-fold size of basic settlement size is levied 1,;

for preserving GRNZ for one year after twelve-monthly term the payment in the amount of 1 basic settlement size is levied;

for issue of GRNZ to the vehicles issued to persons with disability on favorable terms bodies of work of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the payment is not levied.

II. Issue of accounts reference for sale of automotor-vehicles and their trail cars (semitrailer trucks)

6. For one accounts reference - in the amount of 10 percent of basic settlement size.

III. Registration and re-registration of automotor-vehicles and their trail cars (semitrailer trucks)

7. For registration of electric vehicles, motor-vehicles and trail cars of vehicles - in the amount of 1,5 of basic settlement size.

7-1. For registration of all vehicles, except electric vehicles, motor-vehicles and trail cars of vehicles - in the amount of 6,84 of basic settlement size.

Note.

Before approval of alienation by notaries of agreements automotor-vehicles and their trail cars (semitrailer trucks) shall undergo in bodies of GSBDD for check-in location or the conclusion of the transaction (at the choice of the buyer) survey on compliance of number aggregates to technical documents. For survey passing the payment is not levied.

8. For issue of the registration certificate of the automotor-vehicle - in the amount of 70 percent of basic settlement size.

according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 22, 2020 No. PP-4871 "About additional measures for social protection of the citizens who were affected by emergency situations" for issue of the duplicate of the registration certificate of the automotor-vehicle, including the interim certificate lost or which was past repair as a result of emergence of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, including disasters of household nature (the fires, collapses of living or non-residential premises, ignitions of vehicles) in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the foreign states, not because of physical persons, the payment is not levied.

8-1. For issue of the interim certificate on registration of the automotor-vehicle - in the amount of 20 percent of basic settlement size.
