For the purpose of ensuring execution of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 11, 2020 No. PP-4804 "About the additional measures directed to attraction to entrepreneurship, increase in labor activity and professional training of poor and jobless citizens, and also employment of the population" the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

4. Approve:

Regulations on the monocenters "Ishga Markhamat" of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1 *, providing the status, the purposes and tasks, the rights and obligations, procedure for the organization and financing of activities of the monocenters "Ishga Markhamat";

Regulations on the centers of professional training of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2 *, providing the status, the purposes and the main objectives, the rights and obligations, procedure for the organization and management of activities of the centers of professional training, procedure for their financing;

The regulations on procedure for professional training and retraining of the jobless persons and persons who are looking for work, the organizations of increase in their qualification according to appendix No. 3 *, providing procedure for the organization of professional training and retraining of the jobless persons and persons who are looking for work, increases in their qualification on the basis of the current and perspective demands of the labor market;

Regulations on procedure for holding open tender among the non-state educational organizations on "The best program of preparation for profession" according to appendix No. 4 *, providing procedure for support of participation of non-state organizations of professional training in employment of the population.

8. Establish procedure according to which:

the citizens registered in the place of temporary stay and who are temporarily living in the territory can be registered by the body for work located in the territory, as persons who are looking for work, according to the procedure, established by acts of the legislation. At the same time according to the procedure, established by acts of the legislation, all services in employment provided to persons who are looking for work are provided to them irrespective of type and form, and their expenses are financed by the means of the State fund of assistance of employment provided in expense budget of bodies for work for these purposes;

training in skills of entrepreneurship and to foreign languages, professional training, retraining and advanced training of the citizens registered in the place of temporary stay and who are temporarily living, registered as persons who are looking for work is performed by bodies for work according to the procedure, established by acts of the legislation and this resolution;
