The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for factual determination of direct participation in the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, some categories of persons according to the enclosed Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection".

2. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Item 19-2 of the Regulations on procedure, conditions and criteria of the establishment of disability approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1317 "Questions of medico-social examination" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 95, Art. 3265; 2016, No. 70, Art. 2356; 2022, No. 57, Art. 3390):

In paragraph one of figure "11-14" to replace 1) with figures "11-16";
