Approve the Procedure for provision of the status of the member of the family of the died (died) Defender or the Defender of Ukraine which is applied.

Procedure for provision of the status of the member of the family of the died (died) Defender or the Defender of Ukraine

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of provision of the status of the member of the family of the died (died) Defender or the Defender of Ukraine.

2. The status of the member of the family of the died (died) Defender or the Defender of Ukraine, according to this Procedure is provided:

To families of persons which voluntarily provided (voluntarily were involved in providing) conducting anti-terrorist operation, implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (including performed volunteer activities for the directions, the paragraph the ninth parts three of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine" About volunteer activities"), and died (were missing), contusions, mutilations or diseases got during ensuring conducting anti-terrorist operation died as a result of wound, being directly in areas and during its carrying out, during ensuring implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, during direct participation in the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, being directly in areas and during implementation of the specified actions;

to families of persons which, being in structure of voluntary forming which were formed or self-organized for the protection of independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, the died (missing persons) which died owing to wound, contusions, mutilations or diseases got with direct participation in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation during its carrying out provided that further such voluntary forming were included in structure of Armed Forces, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National police, National guard and other military forming and law enforcement agencies formed according to the laws of Ukraine;

to families of persons which, being in structure of voluntary forming which were formed or self-organized for protection of independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity of Ukraine, but further such voluntary forming were not included in structure of Armed Forces, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National police, National guard and other military forming and law enforcement agencies, the died (missing persons) or the dead formed according to the laws of Ukraine owing to wound, contusions, mutilations or diseases got in case of execution by such voluntary forming of tasks of anti-terrorist operation in interaction with Armed Forces, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National police, National guard and other military forming and law enforcement agencies formed according to the laws of Ukraine, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation during its carrying out;

to families of the military personnel (reservists, persons liable for call-up, volunteers and Sil of territorial defense) of Armed Forces, National guard, SSU, Service of foreign intelligence, State frontier service, State special transservice, military personnel of military prosecutor's offices, faces of the private and the commanding structure of divisions of operational providing anti-terrorist operation zones of GFS, police officers, faces of the private and the commanding structure, the military personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Management of the state protection, Gosspetssvyaz, GSChS, Public criminal and executive service, persons who were part of voluntary forming of territorial community of other military forming formed according to the laws which protected independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation during its carrying out, in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ensuring their implementation, being directly in areas and during implementation of the specified actions, participations in the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, also died (were missing), contusions, mutilations or diseases got during direct participation in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out died owing to wound, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation during its carrying out, during direct participation in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ensuring their implementation, being directly in areas and during implementation of the specified actions, participations in the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine;
