About modification of some Orders of the Government
Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, Articles 11, 12, 17 and 19 Laws No. 71/2007 on registers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 70-73, 314), with subsequent changes, and also according to Items b) and d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).
2. To the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, public organization "Division on Implementation of the Project of the World Bank on Improvement of Competitiveness" and public institution "Agency of the state services" together with public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" to create the commission on transfer and to provide transfer of the Automated information system of production and issue of allowing documents to administration of public organization "Agency of Electronic Control", according to Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property, approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.
