1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 No. 39 "About approval of Aviation rules of airfield ensuring flights of the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus":
to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
