For the purpose of further enhancement of activities of the central bodies of military management of Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Approve:
The regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);
The regulations on the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 11.06.2021 No. 214
3. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2001 No. 685 "About the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus and the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus".
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
