About implementation of the Air code of the Republic of Belarus
Based on the paragraph of the seventy second of Article 1 and part two of article 36 of the Air code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
The Ministry of Defence is specially authorized body in the field of defense performing powers, stipulated by the legislation in the field of use of airspace of the Republic of Belarus, in general;
lists of positions of aviation personnel of republican state bodies, other state bodies and organizations in which activities the state aircraft is used and republican state public association "Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet of the Republic of Belarus" are created by these republican state bodies, other state bodies, the organizations and republican state public association "Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet of the Republic of Belarus" respectively of positions on which fulfillment of duties is connected with implementation of activities for safety of flights of aircrafts and aviation safety, on the organization, accomplishment, and also providing and servicing of flights of aircrafts, airborne transportations and aviation works, the organization, servicing of air traffic and management of flights;
the lists specified in paragraph three of this Item affirm heads of republican state bodies, other state bodies, organizations and republican state public association "Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet of the Republic of Belarus" respectively.
