About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 15, 2015 No. 184 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the field of archiving"

1. The regulations of the state service "Issue of Archive References" approved by the specified order to state 1) in edition according to appendix 1 to this order;

The regulations of the state Service "Issue of Permission to Temporary Export out of Limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Documents of National Archive Fund Which Are in State-owned Property" approved by the specified order to state 2) in edition according to appendix 2 to this order;

The regulations of the state service "Apostilization of Archive References and Copies of the Archive Documents Coming from the Public Records Offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Directed Abroad" approved by the specified order to state 3) in edition according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to department of archiving and documentation of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Issue of Archive References"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Archive References" (further - the state service) appears republican public institution "National archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the central Public Records Offices, the Public Records Offices of areas, cities, areas and their branches (further - the service provider) according to the standard of the state service "Issue of Archive References" approved by the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2015 No. 138 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11086) (further - the standard).

1) office of the service provider;

Result of rendering the state service - the archive reference in form according to appendix 60 to the Rules of completing, storage, accounting and use of documents of National Archive Fund, other archive documents by the Public and special Public Records Offices approved by the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 22, 2014 No. 145 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10127) about confirmation or the answer about lack of the following data of social and legal nature: working life, the size of the salary, age, family composition, education, rewarding, transfer of pension contributions and social assignments, assignment of academic degrees and ranks, accident, stay on treatment or evacuation, applications of repressions, recoveries of victims of mass political repressions, accommodation in zones of ecological catastrophe, stay in places of detention, data on acts of civil status, on title and identification documents.
