About modification of the Regulations on Public council concerning lustration under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
According to part one of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About cleaning of the power" and to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 2010 "About ensuring participation of the public in forming and realization of state policy" I order to No. 996:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on Public council concerning lustration under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 4, 2014 No. 1844/5, registered on November 4, 2014 for No. 1386/26163, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To department concerning lustration () submit to A.P. Zadorozhnaya this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine concerning the European integration.
