According to the subitem 2 of Item 1 of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police" and to Item 5 of the Procedure for provision of participant status of fighting to persons who protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 413 (with changes), for the purpose of reduction of activities of the commission of National police of Ukraine concerning consideration of materials about recognition by combatants, participants of war of police officers, government employees and other employees of National police of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation I order:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the commission of National police of Ukraine concerning consideration of materials about recognition by combatants, participants of war of police officers, government employees and other employees of National police of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of May 23, 2016 No. 405, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 14, 2016 at No. 857/28987, which are applied.
2. Department on forming of policy concerning government authorities and monitoring bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs being under control of the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
