1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2017 No. 12 "About rates for services of telecommunication and mail service public" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.02.2017, 8/31814) the following changes:
1.1. in appendix 3 to this resolution of figure "0,36" to replace with figures of "0,42";
1.2. in appendix 4 to this resolution of figure "0,3" to replace with figures of "0,35";
1.3. the fourth Item 24 of the Instruction on procedure for establishment and application of rates for services of telecommunication and mail service public approved by this resolution to state part in the following edition:
