About rates for services of telecommunication and mail service public
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish:
limiting maximum rates for the services of telecommunication public rendered to physical persons (except individual entrepreneurs), according to appendix 1;
limiting maximum rates for the services of telecommunication public rendered to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs according to appendix 2;
flat fares on the services of mail service public rendered to physical persons (except individual entrepreneurs), according to appendix 3;
flat fares on the services of mail service public rendered to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs according to appendix 4;
2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for services of telecommunication and mail service public it (is applied).
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2017.
