About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2016 No. 250

According to item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2015 "About carrying out denomination of official monetary unit of the Republic of Belarus" and Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 25, 2016 No. 289 "About procedure for forming, financing, accomplishment and efficiency evaluation of implementation of state programs" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 450

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2016 No. 250 "About approval of the State program "Education and youth policy" for 2016-2020" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.04. 2016, 5/41915) following changes and amendments:

1.1. to state subitem 4.2 of item 4 in the following edition:

"4.2. submits the annual (final) statement about results of implementation of the State program according to the procedure, established by the legislation.";

1.2. in the State program "Education and youth policy" for 2016-2020 approved by this resolution:

1.2.1. to state Chapter 4 "Financial provision of the State program and subprogrammes" in the following edition:

Financial provision of implementation of the State program according to appendix 2 constitutes 32 693 516 564, 22 rubles, including:

means of the republican budget - 4 928 285 243, the 7th ruble, from them means of republican centralized innovative fund - 9 813 100 rubles;

means of local budgets - 25 294 611 141, the 37th ruble;

means from the activities which are bringing in incomes - 2 368 606 226, the 25th ruble;

other sources - 102 013 952, the 9th ruble, from them means of loan of the World Bank - 96 763 952, the 9th ruble, means of the European commission - 5 250 000 rubles.

Amounts of means of loan of the World Bank and European commission are calculated for 2016 according to the US dollar exchange rate provided when forming the republican budget for 2016 the next years - based on macroeconomic parameters of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2017-2020.

Financing of the State program will be annually specified according to the law on the republican budget for the next financial year and decisions of local councils of deputies.

Amounts of means of republican centralized innovative fund will be annually specified according to the legislation.";

1.2.2. in the column "Measure Values by Years" of Item 1 of appendix 1 to this State program of the word "not above the 30th" shall be replaced with words "not below the 30th";

1.2.3. to be reworded as follows appendices 2-13 to this State program (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
