About approval of Changes in the Technique of calculation of comprehensive income of family for all types of the public assistance
According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with regulations of the current legislation we ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Technique of calculation of comprehensive income of family for all types of the public assistance approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State committee of statistics of Ukraine, the State committee of youth policy, sport and tourism of Ukraine of November 15, 2001 No. 486/202/524/455/3370, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 7, 2002 at No. 112/6400 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To provide to department of the government public assistance of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine (Muzychenko V. V.) submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.
