Due to the adoption of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 7, 2001 No. 110 and in execution of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 26, 2001 Indus. 26 we ORDER:

1. Approve the Technique of calculation of comprehensive income of family for all types of the public assistance it (is applied).

2. To management of policy of the address help of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy to register this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Deputy State secretaries of the ministries and deputy chairmen of Committees before distribution of obligations.

Technique of calculation of comprehensive income of family for all types of the public assistance

1. The technique is intended for calculation of comprehensive income of families (receivers) for all types of the public assistance and is applied in case of determination of their right to the public assistance and calculation of its size.

Types of the public assistance are:

1. 1) the government public assistance to needy families (The law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to needy families").

1. 2) the monthly monetary assistance to person living together with the disabled person of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance who according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution needs permanent foreign care on care of it (The law of Ukraine "About mental health services" (further - the help on leaving);
