About modification and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2012 No. 1716 "About some questions of licensing of activities for the organization and carrying out lotteries, and also in the field of gaming" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 6, the Art. 131);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 19, 2014 No. 116 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of lottery activities and gaming and about modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 8, the Art. 76).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
