According to the subitem 3) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 20.08.2015 No. 654

2. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23.07.2015 No. 579

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2012 No. 1716 "About some questions of licensing of activities for the organization and carrying out lotteries, and also in the sphere of gaming" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 6, the Art. 131):

for implementation of activities for the organization and carrying out lotteries, approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2012 No. 981 "About approval of standards of the state services rendered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for sport and physical culture, local executive bodies in the sphere of physical culture and sport" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 64, the Art. 893).

4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
