availability of instructive and methodical material on the organization and carrying out lottery

the instructive and methodical material approved by the applicant on the organization and carrying out lottery - in the form of the electronic copy of the document

instructive and methodical material on the organization and carrying out lottery shall contain the following data about: lottery type; technologies of the organization of lottery; procedure for forming and distribution of prize fund of lottery which size shall constitute at least 50% of the means received from realization of release of lottery tickets; number of draws; the number of lottery tickets in each draw, with indication of series and numbers; costs of the lottery ticket; name, quantity and property value of prize fund; procedure for informing participants of lottery on the basic rules of participation in draw, receipts of prizes with indication of terms and results; procedure and dates of receipt of prizes (including with indication of possibility of receipt of ware prizes in cash equivalent); storage durations of unclaimed prizes (at least 3 months from the moment of the draw); accounting treatment for the tickets put on the market, implemented and unrealized, and also exceptions of participation in draw of the stolen tickets; procedure for utilization of not sold tickets; procedure for storage of unclaimed prizes and their claimings on the expiration of dates of receipt of prizes; accounting treatment and storages of lottery tickets. In instant lottery the prize is determined by instant verification of the lottery ticket after its purchase

the lottery equipment belonging on the property right (only in case of implementation of lottery tickets via the specified equipment);

the form of data containing information on availability on the property right of the lottery equipment and the certificate of conformity to technical regulations and standards on this equipment *;

the lottery equipment - the device or the device for different fixation of information on lottery tickets, software products and the equipment for acceptance of lottery rate, issue of lottery checks for participation in lottery, holding draw of prize fund, but not performing payment of prize

3)

cash desks of the organizer of lottery (hardware and software) performing accounting of lottery tickets and acceptance of payment for participation in lottery and also performing payment of prizes;

the form of data containing information on availability of cash desk with indication of places of their placement and the certificate of conformity on this equipment *;

4)

agreements with subjects on sales of lottery tickets;

the form of data containing information on availability of the standard agreement with agents of sales of lottery tickets *;
