2. Determine authorized body by the organization of works on accounting, storage, assessment and further use of the property turned (arrived) on the separate bases in:

republican property - Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial authorities;

utility property - local executive bodies of areas, cities of regional value.
