About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2007 No. 72
Based on the paragraph of third of part three of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 "About precious metals and gemstones" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2013, subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for acceptance, accounting, storage, use of precious metals for prosthetic dentistry approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2007 No. 72 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 211, 8/16980), the following changes:
1.1. state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Action of this Instruction extends to the state organizations of health care having special permissions (licenses) for the activities connected with precious metals and gemstones and also legal entities and the individual entrepreneurs having special permissions (licenses) for the medical activities and activities connected with precious metals and gemstones (further - the organizations).";
1.2. to state subitem 5.1 of Item 5 in the following edition:
