Bring in the Procedure for provision of privileges for acquisition of solid fuel and the liquefied gas at the expense of subventions from the government budget to local budgets approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2007, No. 77 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 8, Art. 289; 2010, No. 2, Art. 70; 2011, No. 47, Art. 1914, No. 94, Art. 3426; 2012, No. 43, Art. 1662), and the Procedure for provision of compensation to persons who have the right to free receipt of coal to domestic needs, but live in houses with central heating, No. 887 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 2009 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 64, Art. 2250; 2010, No. 2, Art. 70; 2011, No. 94, Art. 3426; 2012, No. 43, the Art. 1662), changes which are applied.
