About modification and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning provision of housing subsidies and privileges for payment of housing and communal services

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.

1. In Regulations on the procedure for purpose of housing subsidies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 1995 No. 848 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 2, Art. 76; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 69, Art. 2390, No. 86, Art. 2897):
Paragraph one of Items 1 and 2 after words of "housing and communal services" to add 1) with words ", on acquisition of solid and liquid oven household fuel and the liquefied gas";
Paragraph two of Item 9 to replace 2) with paragraphs of the following content:
"In the rural zone petitions from citizens with necessary documents for purpose of housing subsidies are adopted by the authorized persons determined by executive committees of settlement and village councils and transferred to relevant organs of social protection of the population.
