About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Due to the adoption of the Federal Laws "About Education in the Russian Federation" and "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation and recognition voided legal acts (separate provisions of legal acts) of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal Law "About Education in the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 1992 No. 587 "Questions of private detective (detective) and private security activities" (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 8, Art. 506; Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 31, Art. 3960; 2012, No. 6, Art. 665; No. 17, Art. 1985; No. 37, Art. 5002):

a) in the Rules of passing qualification examination approved by the specified resolution: state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:

In the Regulations on the organization of work on assistance of employment in the conditions of mass release approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of February 5, 1993 No. 99 "About the organization of work on assistance of employment in the conditions of mass release" (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 7, the Art. 564):
