1. In appendix to the Procedure for putting down of apostille in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on official documents, held for use in the territory of other states, and preparation by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of notarially processed documents for further consular legalization, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of September 25, 2012 to exclude No. 1418/5, of the word of "Department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central certifying body" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2012 for No. 1651/21963,.
2. To department of notariate and financial monitoring (Baranova T. I.) provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. To department of notariate and financial monitoring (Baranova T. I.) provide proper accomplishment of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
