About streamlining of the relations on putting down of apostille and preparation of documents for their consular legalization
According to subitems 73 and 74 of Item 4, I order to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, and for the purpose of ensuring implementation of electronic service of putting down of apostille on the official documents issued by judicial authorities and courts and also on documents which are processed by notaries of Ukraine:
1. Approve enclosed:
1) the Procedure for putting down by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for apostille on official documents, held for use in the territory of other states;
2) the Procedure for preparation of notarially processed documents for their consular legalization.
2. Determine that putting down of apostille on the documents submitted to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine before entry into force of this order, is performed according to the legislation existing for date of their representation.
3. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.
