About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning some components of complete distributing devices with gas-insulated isolation and the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 24, 2013 No. 91

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of line item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of line item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union according to appendix No. 3;

d) add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 40C of the following content:

"40C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.07.2014 till 31.12.2015 inclusive.".
