1. In the Order of the Government No. 836 of September 13, 2010. "About provision of lump-sum allowance on construction or acquisition of living space, or recovery of old houses to some categories of citizens" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. 1) in the resolution:
a) state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Provide lump-sum allowances on construction of individual or cooperative housing, either acquisition of living space, or recovery of old houses to some categories of citizens who did not obtain soft credits from financial institutions and were not provided with living space as of October 22, 2004, according to the established legislative arrangements:
to beneficiaries which as of January 1, 2010 have the guaranty letters issued by bodies of local public authority;
to beneficiaries which, have no the guaranty letters issued by bodies of local public authority since January 1, 2014".
