Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2009 No. 28 "About some questions of implementation by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of ministerial procedures concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 131, 8/20942; No. 196, 8/21291) following amendments and changes:
1.1. in appendix 1 to this resolution:
after the word "middle name" to add with words "(if that is available)";
" (works, services)" shall be replaced with words words "(works, services)";
1.2. in appendix 2 to this resolution:
the word "Organizer" shall be replaced with words "Data on the organizer";
