Questions of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2013 No. 168 "About some measures for optimization of system of state bodies and other state organizations, and also the number of their workers" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus;

the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Consider necessary to have in the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus board in number of 13 people.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and separate structural elements of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2013.

Regulations on the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus

1. The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus (further - Ministry of Trade) is republican state body and submits to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

2. In the activities Ministry of Trade is guided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including this Provision, and performs it in interaction with the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs, public organizations.

3. Ministry of Trade are a part of the system territorial authorities of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus in quantity according to appendix 1, of management (departments) of trade and services regional and Minsk city executive committees, and also the state organizations subordinated to Ministry of Trade, and economic societies, owned by the Republic of Belarus stocks (share in authorized funds) of which are transferred to the control the Ministries of Trade of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2 (further - the organizations of system of Ministry of Trade).

4. The main objectives of Ministry of Trade are:

4.1. realization of state policy in the field of trade, public catering, consumer services of the population, consumer protection, in the field of public procurements of goods (works, services), coordination of activities of republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs in these spheres;

4.2. carrying out the analysis of condition of the consumer market, consumer services of the population, implementation of trade and public catering, including based on data of the state statistical reporting, customs statistics of foreign trade of the Republic of Belarus and statistics of mutual trade of the Republic of Belarus with state members of the Customs union;

4.2-1. development of the measures directed to creation of conditions for development of the competition in the field of trade and public catering;
