About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory confirmation of conformity of products" of December 30, 2005 No. 639
According to article 44 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic", and also the accepted technical regulations Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory confirmation of conformity of products" of December 30, 2005 No. 639 the following changes:
in the name of the resolution in the text in state language of the word "to mildettu турдо шайкештигин" shall be replaced with words "шайкештигин mildettua турдо";
- To state the list of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity, approved by the above-named resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution;
- in Regulations on rules and the procedure for carrying out obligatory certification of products approved by the above-named resolution:
Item 3.6. state in the following edition:
"3.6. For carrying out obligatory certification the applicant shall provide to certification body access to properly to products identified by it.";
in paragraph six of Item 4.2 of the word "relevant documents" to replace with the word "notification";
in Item 4.4.1 of the word "and, if necessary" to exclude;
in Item 4.4.4:
