In the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of personal public welfare payments for special merits before the state approved by the Order of the Government No. 1413 of November 27, 2003. "About the public personal welfare payments for special merits before the state" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 239-242, of the Art. 1466), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. b) persons awarded with the state awards of the former USSR equated to the state awards of the Republic of Moldova by the Resolution of Parliament on the rights of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova awarded with the state awards of the former USSR No. 533-XIII of July 13, 1995";
