1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 20.06.2016 No. 774
2. In Item 21 of Rules of buying up at the population of precious metals and gemstones in the products and scrap approved by the Order of the Government No. 769 of November 17, 1995. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 2-3, 12), with subsequent changes and amendments, the words "Center for Fight against Economic Crimes and Corruption" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Internal Affairs".
