1. Make change to the Instructions for use cars and containers approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of February 25, 1999 No. 113, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 15, 1999 for No. 165/3458 (with changes), having added the Section I with new Item of such content:
"3. The procedure and conditions of use which are established for cars of the park of the railroads are applied to own cars which have numbering of the inventory park, the state-owned car companies".
2. Approve Changes to the Rules of execution of carriage documents approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of November 21, 2000 No. 644, No. registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 24, 2000 for No. 863/5084, in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of June 8, 2011 138, which are attached.
3. Approve Changes to the Rules of registration and operation of own goods wagons approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of September 28, 2004 No. 856, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 15, 2004 for No. 1316/9915 (with changes) which are applied.
4. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine:
4.1. Submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
