1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 20.06.2013 No. 503

In Item 2 of the Regulations on structure of the state geological fund, procedure for its forming, maintaining and use of its data approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2008 No. 2045 "About some measures for implementation of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 14, 5/29088), words "the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Research Prospecting Institute" shall be replaced with words "the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian State Geological Center".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
