About modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2008 No. 81
Based on the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education and subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In part one of Item 80 of the Instruction on procedure for classification, investigation and accounting of transport emergency cases on inland waterways of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2008 No. 81 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 188, 8/19175), to replace the word "secondary technical" with the word "average".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2011.
